What is the cancellation policy for scheduled care visits?
Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
Are there any fees for rescheduling appointments?
Rescheduling is allowed free of charge with a minimum 12-hour notice.
What happens if the caregiver is unable to attend a scheduled visit?
We will promptly notify clients and arrange a qualified substitute caregiver.
